It is motivation which drives or encourages activities in our life. People know what to do but they do not act. Why? They dont have the "MOTIVATION".
We know a lots of action are needed in the field of Education, Livelihood, Health, Improving the lives of girl child particularly through education - formal and informal. Social security for girls is very important. In this matter making an environment for stopping child marriage, stopping the crime against children - I again mentioning particularly against girl child.
So Education is the foremost point, we should stress on and act on. If we are educated and trained the other field of governance,health,livelihood,and strength to fight against crime are fortified. If we are strong from inside, we can face the life with responsibility and belief. Sense of responsibility and belief comes from within.
Governance goes in the right way, Make ourselves strong, educated and trained. The same is said and seen in the field of Earning livelihood. Awareness and Health education is also the basic need for strengthening the individual,national and international lives.
The lack of education and awareness result in early child marriage for which people suffer. On the point of health and wealth, child marriage show disastrous results. The girl child suffers the most. Crime against women are also common in such cases.
Absence of education and training - formal or informal, give rise to "Unemployment". The problem of unemployment is an international phenomenon. This problem is directly connected with under development or absence of development.
We as an organisation feel blessed that nothing more auspicious and greater than spreading education,education on health and upliftment of poor. I always focus on four elements that make up motivation :- PERSONAL DRIVE to achieve, the desire to improve or to meet certain standard. Commitment to personal and organisational goals. Initiative defined as “Readiness to act on opportunity” and Optimism the ability to keep going and pursue goals in the face of setbacks.
I always find something incredibly satisfying about acting in a way that is consistent with my principles. Pleasure to say that I changed something in the lives of others and gives meaning to my being here beyond simply looking after myself.
